Luminoxis Leads AI helps users search for local businesses, enrich business and contact context, validate data quality, manage usage credits, and export lead records for lawful business research.

The service does not guarantee that every business will have a decision-maker email, phone number, social profile, or deliverable contact. Confidence and validation labels are quality signals, not legal or deliverability guarantees.

Use the product only for lawful B2B research, prospecting preparation, and internal business development workflows. Do not use it to harass people, bypass opt-outs, sell prohibited goods or services, or violate platform, privacy, spam, or data-protection rules.

You are responsible for the content, timing, consent basis, suppression handling, and legal compliance of any outreach you perform after exporting data.

The standalone acceptable use and compliance pages provide more detailed launch rules for exports, suppression, provider limits, and responsible prospecting.

Paid plans and credit packs route through Shopify checkout. In-app access is activated from verified server-side Shopify webhooks and mirrored into Supabase entitlement and credit ledger records.

Credits may be charged for search, enrichment, validation, reveal, and export actions depending on the plan and feature. Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks may adjust entitlements or balances.

During beta, features, limits, provider coverage, enrichment quality, pricing, and workflows may change as we validate demand and improve reliability.

We aim to keep the service useful and transparent, but provider outages, API quota limits, failed enrichment jobs, stale records, and data gaps can occur.

We may pause or limit accounts when usage appears abusive, unlawful, provider-risky, or inconsistent with the acceptable use policy.
