Use Luminoxis Leads AI for lawful B2B research, local market discovery, prospect list preparation, data-quality review, enrichment, validation, and internal sales planning.
The product is best used by agencies, consultants, founders, and growth teams that need transparent local business records before deciding whether and how to contact a company.
Do not use the product to harass people, target minors, bypass opt-outs, generate deceptive outreach, impersonate others, sell prohibited goods or services, or violate privacy, spam, platform, or sector-specific rules.
Do not upload or submit sensitive personal data, health data, financial account data, government identifiers, passwords, or secret credentials into search, enrichment, support, or feedback fields.
Exports should be reviewed before use. Users are responsible for removing suppressed contacts, honoring opt-outs, checking jurisdictional rules, and ensuring any outreach has accurate sender details and a working unsubscribe path where required.
The app may limit reveal, export, enrichment priority, or credit usage when plan limits, abuse signals, provider failures, or compliance concerns are detected.
Public business records can be stale, incomplete, or ambiguous. AI and enrichment providers can make mistakes, so every high-value record should be reviewed before it is treated as sales-ready.
Do not represent validation labels as legal permission to contact someone. They indicate technical or confidence status only.
We may suspend access, reduce limits, remove data, or decline support for activity that appears abusive, illegal, risky, or inconsistent with these rules.
