Responsible lead-generation guardrails
A clear operating posture for source-backed B2B lead research, exports, suppression handling, and buyer expectations.
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Luminoxis Leads AI is built for B2B lead research, enrichment, validation, credit accounting, and export preparation. It does not send outreach campaigns or automate unsolicited messaging in the MVP.
Users remain responsible for the lawful basis, content, timing, unsubscribe mechanism, suppression handling, and jurisdiction-specific requirements of any outreach performed outside the product.
Lead records are designed to show where business and contact information came from, when it was checked, and how confident the system is in the match.
Email validation and confidence labels are quality signals. They do not mean a contact has consented to marketing or that a message is lawful in every market.
The data model includes suppression support for emails, domains, companies, bounces, complaints, opt-outs, and manual blocks so exported lists can respect known restrictions.
Before adding outreach automation, the product should complete a separate legal and deliverability review covering opt-out capture, suppression propagation, sender identity, and consent requirements.
We use official APIs where practical, including Google Places for business discovery. We do not rely on fragile browser scraping as the core product strategy.
AI-assisted enrichment must preserve uncertainty. The app should not invent people, hide weak evidence, or present guessed details as verified facts.
This page is an operational compliance summary, not legal advice. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid acquisition, enterprise sales, regulated-industry targeting, or outreach automation.
