Pricing questions
How does billing work right now?
For launch, paid access is one-time credit packs through Shopify checkout with Yoco available for test/live payments. Credits are added only after a verified Shopify payment webhook.
Are monthly subscriptions live?
Not yet. Starter, Pro, and Agency remain planned monthly tiers, but we are holding them until Shopify recurring billing is configured with a supported subscription gateway.
What is a credit?
Each action - a search result, enrichment job, validation, reveal, or CSV export - uses the matching credit bucket. This keeps spend controlled while the workflow is validated.
Do credit packs expire?
Purchased credit packs stay on your account until used. Monthly plan credits will reset each cycle once subscriptions are live.
Do credit packs include contact reveal?
Not yet. Launch credit packs cover search, enrichment, validation, and export. Contact reveal remains limited or guided until reveal credits or recurring plans are live.
