Privacy and data handling
A practical summary of what the product collects, how it is used, and which data boundaries matter for a lead-generation workflow.
Last updated: June 16, 2026
We collect account details you provide, authentication data from Supabase Auth, product usage data, checkout and billing events from Shopify, and the search criteria you submit in the app.
Lead records may include public business information, website-derived contact details, source URLs, confidence labels, validation status, and timestamps that explain where data came from and when it was checked.
Cookie and browser storage choices are described in the cookie policy. Analytics storage is optional and controlled by your consent choice in this browser.
We use account and usage data to run the product, enforce plan limits, process credits, diagnose failures, improve search and enrichment quality, and provide support.
When analytics consent is accepted, we use analytics in aggregated or bucketed form to understand acquisition and product funnels. We do not intentionally send contact names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, raw business names, or lead-row contents to GA4 or GTM.
The product can use Supabase for auth and data storage, Google Places for business discovery, Shopify for checkout and billing events, OpenAI for AI-assisted extraction or research, and optional enrichment or email validation providers.
Provider credentials are stored server-side in environment variables or secret stores. They are not shipped to the browser.
We retain lead records, billing audit rows, and usage ledgers as needed to operate the service, explain credit usage, and support compliance workflows.
Suppression, opt-out, bounce, complaint, or manual block signals should be honored before any outreach. The product is a lead research and export tool, not an automated outreach system.
For account, billing, or data questions, contact support@luminoxis.co.za. We may need to verify ownership before changing or deleting account-related records.
You can update analytics cookie preferences on the cookie policy page. Signed-in users can also request account, billing, or data support by contacting us.
This privacy page is written for launch transparency and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before high-volume paid acquisition or expansion into regulated markets.
